Here are just a few of the food-related events that are coming up in the next few months.

Farm-to-Table Dinner Series

The Madison VA is excited to announce the return of our Farm-to-Table Dinner Series! This year, we will be partnering with local farms and businesses to bring you a series of five unique farm-to-table dining experiences. Each dinner will feature a different local farm, and will be paired with locally-sourced wines and beers.

The first dinner in the series will be held on June 21st at the Madison VA. This farm-to-table dinner will feature meats and produce from local farm, Grassroots Gourmet. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Brian Anderson of the Madison VA, and will be paired with wines from Virginia Winery.

The second dinner in the series will be held on July 19th at the Madison VA. This farm-to-table dinner will feature meats and produce from local farm, Windy Ridge Farm. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Brian Anderson of the Madison VA, and will be paired with wines from Virginia Winery.

The third dinner in the series will be held on August 16th at the Madison VA. This farm-to-table dinner will feature meats and produce from local farm, Stonehenge Farm. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Brian Anderson of the Madison VA, and will be paired with wines from Virginia Winery.

The fourth dinner in the series will be held on September 20th at the Madison VA. This farm-to-table dinner will feature meats and produce from local farm, Polyface Farm. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Brian Anderson of the Madison VA, and will be paired with wines from Virginia Winery.

The fifth and final dinner in the series will be held on October 18th at the Madison VA. This farm-to-table dinner will feature meats and produce from local farm, Autumn Olive Farms. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Brian Anderson of the Madison VA, and will be paired with wines from Virginia Winery.

Tickets for each of the five dinners in the series are $75 per person, and can be purchased online or by calling the Madison VA.

Cooking Demonstrations

In addition to our Farm-to-Table Dinner Series, the Madison VA will also be hosting a series of cooking demonstrations this summer. These demonstrations will be led by Chef Brian Anderson of the Madison VA, and will feature recipes that use ingredients from the local farms featured in our Farm-to-Table Dinner Series.

The first cooking demonstration will be held on June 28th at the Madison VA. This demonstration will feature recipes using ingredients from Grassroots Gourmet.

The second cooking demonstration will be held on July 26th at the Madison VA. This demonstration will feature recipes using ingredients from Windy Ridge Farm.

The third cooking demonstration will be held on August 23rd at the Madison VA. This demonstration will feature recipes using ingredients from Stonehenge Farm.

The fourth cooking demonstration will be held on September 27th at the Madison VA. This demonstration will feature recipes using ingredients from Polyface Farm.

The fifth and final cooking demonstration will be held on October 25th at the Madison VA. This demonstration will feature recipes using ingredients from Autumn Olive Farms.
